1.4 Feedback System

Curriculum is an essential element in the process of education. The quality of the curriculum is a crucial standard to be maintained by an educational institution. The curriculum shall be designed in such a manner it satisfies the different needs of its stakeholders. All their needs shall be fulfilled, in order to serve the primary determination of the institute to deliver quality education. The stakeholders in the design of curriculum are students, teachers, alumni and employers. The curriculum caters to the requirements of students and justify their standards in todays’ competitive and growth-oriented world.

The institution has a policy of collecting feedback from all the stakeholders on a regular and systematic basis. The feedback data collected are summarized, classified, tabulated and analyzed. The curriculum shall be re-engineered as per the suggestions and recommendations of stakeholders. After consensus and approvals in statutory bodies, the changes are implemented. Analysis on feedback is done on the responses received. If there are any specific suggestions and recommendations given by the stakeholders, it is reported to the appropriate department and remedial actions are taken proactively.
